MATERIAL / PROCESS / ACCEPTANCE

Cooling components. Material and interfaces first.

Manifold blocks, cold-plate components and connector bodies are machined to your design. Define the fluid-contact surfaces and supplied scope before quotation.

Supplied reference photograph of a copper-colored plate with machined channel features
Supplied real component reference. Your drawing defines the material, geometry and application.
01

Aluminum, 316L & copper

6061-T6 and 6082 aluminum, 316L stainless steel and specified copper grades can be reviewed for the component. Material suitability depends on the application requirements.

02

Ports & sealing interfaces

Specify connector threads, grooves, mating faces, flatness, roughness and any protected surfaces. Swiss-type or CNC turning supports suitable connector geometry.

03

Inspection & agreed supply scope

Dimensional reports and material records can be specified. Joining, cleanliness, pressure, leak and thermal validation require explicit agreement; machining alone does not prove system performance.

A CLEAR MANUFACTURING SCOPE

Know what is
being supplied.

A machined base, a sealed assembly and a thermally validated system are different deliverables. Your quotation should identify the exact one required.

01

Machined components

Drawing-defined metal geometry, ports, channels and surfaces, with agreed dimensional inspection.

02

Additional processes

Joining, coating, assembly or leak testing: include your specification for feasibility and scope review.

03

System validation

Thermal design, GPU qualification and system performance require their own evidence and acceptance plan.

YOUR MANUFACTURING PARTNER

Clear requirements. A more confident order.

KEC Tour supplies custom metal components manufactured in China for engineers, equipment builders and purchasing teams. Start with your drawing, material and quantity; agree the manufacturing scope before ordering.

01

Start with the batch you need

Prototype, small-batch and repeat-order requirements are welcome. Minimum quantity and feasibility are confirmed for your component.

02

Define the checks that matter

Specify critical fits, finishes and inspection documents in your brief. Confirm the acceptance requirements and reporting scope in the quotation.

03

Discuss confidentiality first

Need an NDA? Contact us before uploading sensitive files. Start with a general description while confidentiality arrangements are agreed.

FOR SUPPLIER REVIEW

Open the documents.
Check the details.

Inspect the supplied certificate copies in full. Check the named holder, site, scope and dates against your purchasing requirements.

The documents identify Dongguan XuXiang as holder. They concern management systems, not individual product approval. Confirm current validity, site coverage and relevance to your order before supplier approval.

BEFORE YOUR ENQUIRY

Useful answers.

Can we start with a prototype or a small batch?

Yes. Send the drawing and your requested quantity. The economic minimum depends on material, geometry and setup; a single minimum order quantity does not apply to every component.

Do you supply complete GPU cooling systems?

This page covers machined metal components made to customer drawings. Thermal design, GPU qualification and guaranteed system performance are not included in this component offer.

Are joining and leak testing included?

Specify any joining, assembly or leak-test requirements in your enquiry. Availability, method, acceptance criteria and cost must be agreed before ordering.

Can I request copper or fine channels?

Send the material grade, channel geometry, dimensions and inspection requirements for a feasibility review. Do not assume that every material or channel geometry is available.

Can we arrange an NDA before sending drawings?

Contact us without sensitive attachments first if an NDA is required. Share confidential files after the arrangements are agreed.
