Bearing seat
Diameter, fit class, roundness and surface condition.
Factory liveStart RFQ ROBOTICS & AUTOMATION / 02
Bearing seats, motor pilots, gearbox patterns and structural datums must behave as one interface. We review the complete relationship before quotation—not only the outside shape.

FIRST-CONTACT RFQ
The drawing is useful but optional for first contact. Engineering can request the controlled file securely.
THE MOTION STACK
Diameter, fit class, roundness and surface condition.
Pilot diameter, face runout and bolt-circle relationship.
Coaxial location, flange face and assembly clearance.
Mounting planes and patterns tied to a repeatable datum scheme.

COMPONENT FAMILIES
Large concentric bores, bearing seats, bolt patterns and weight-reduction pockets.
Motor, gearbox, sensor and structural faces controlled from a coherent datum system.
Load paths, pivot bores, stiffness, clearance and service access defined by the drawing.
INSPECTION STRATEGY
Inspection scope follows the released drawing and agreed quotation. Critical joint-housing features may require CMM evidence, bore measurement, positional checks and runout verification.
BUYER VERIFICATION
Verify certification and assessment scope against the legal entity, site and requested project.
Request remote factory auditIncluded: drawing-defined housings, flanges, bearing-seat bodies, yokes, brackets and interface components. Excluded unless separately confirmed: motors, bearings, gearboxes, encoders, electronics, wiring, complete actuator assembly and product R&D.
DIRECT ANSWERS
Drawing-defined annular joint housings, bearing-seat bodies, motor and gearbox interfaces, compact actuator shells, yokes, flanges and structural mounting components.
Specify bearing fits, pilot diameters, bolt patterns, datums, runout or positional controls, material condition, finish boundaries and required inspection evidence.
The standard scope is machined metal structural components only. Motors, bearings, gearboxes, encoders, electronics, wiring and complete assembly are excluded unless separately confirmed.
Inspection may include CMM measurement, bore gauges, roundness or runout checks, positional verification and documented first-article results according to the released drawing.
